Time and Time zones

Endpoints require and return local time. In request headers UtcOffset is to be provided in format HH:mm. This is the current difference between local time zone and UTC.

Hint

Please keep in mind this value may change with Daylight Savings Time. For instance, in the Netherlands UtcOffset is 02:00 in summer and 01:00 in winter.
