Employee Balance Vault - Backend API¶
Backend API is not publicly available.
Employee Balance Vault uses giftcard engine. One time setup is required by Cow Hills.
Accounting periods¶
In rCOS Cloud it is mandatory to setup accounting periods. An accounting period has a date range and a code.
This code is used to book different balances. E.g. an employee can have a balance for 2024 and one for 2025.
Such accounting periodes are reflected to giftcard type of backing giftcard product.
Setup backing giftcard product¶
A giftcard product has to be setup.

Create empty batch¶
An empty batch must be created where the balances can be stored.
